TheBookBuy reserves the right to change, modify, or alter the user agreement at any time. These changes will become effective upon posting. It is your responsibility as the user to review the user agreement, such that you are fully aware of any sudden changes in the agreement.
You as the user understands that all postings, messages, descriptions, images, photos and other material posted on, transmitted through, or linked from TheBookBuy are the sole responsibility of the user or person who posted the above content. But, you are also soley responsible for the postings, messages, descriptions, images, photos and other material that you place on TheBookBuy. You agree that by using TheBookBuy you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or objectionable. TheBookBuy does not control and is not responsible for the content on TheBookBuy. Furthermore, you agree to visit any links posted on TheBookBuy at your own risk. You must evaluate and weigh all risks associated with visiting these sites. TheBookBuy is under no circumstances liable for any loss or damage of any kind caused from the use of any content posted, emailed or otherwise made available on TheBookBuy. You acknowledge
that TheBookBuy does not pre-screen or approve any content, but that TheBookBuy
shall have the right to
refuse, delete or move any content that is available on the TheBookBuy, for
violating any of the following reasons.
You agree not to post, email, or otherwise create or post any content:
1. that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory,
libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, or is harmful to minors in any way;
2. that is pornographic or depicts a human being engaged in actual sexual conduct
.
3. that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or
group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation,
race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
Furthermore, You agree that TheBookBuy has the right (but not
the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP
address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of TheBookBuy, immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any
postings within TheBookBuy, for any reason, including, without limitation,
if TheBookBuy believes that you have acted inconsistently with the user agreement. Further, you agree that TheBookBuy shall not be liable
to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to TheBookBuy.
Further, you agree not to attempt to use TheBookBuy after termination

Under no circumstances shall TheBookBuy be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (even if TheBookBuy has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from any aspect of your use of TheBookBuy site. We also will not be liable for anything outside TheBookBuy site, including criminal acts, theft, or any other incidents that may happen upon meetup.
